Does a corporation have the right to be protected from 'cruel and unusual punishment' under section 12 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms? Join us as Assistant Professor Anna Lund discusses the Supreme Court of Canada case that will be heard on January 22, 2020, on this issue. She will situate the case in the longer history of Canadian cases on the Charter rights of corporations.
