Feo Snagovsky

Scholar-in-Residence

Dr. Feo Snagovsky is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Alberta and will be working as a "Scholar-in-Residence" with the Centre during the 2026/27 fall term. Prior to joining the University of Alberta in 2020, he received a BScH in Life Sciences from Queen's University, an MA in Political Science at the University of Ottawa, and a PhD from the Australian National University. Prior to starting his doctorate, Dr. Snagovsky participated in the CPSA's Parliamentary Internship Programme (PIP), where he worked for both government and opposition Members of Parliament in Ottawa. He is also the recipient of several teaching awards, including Faculty of Arts Undergraduate Teaching Award (Early Achievement) from the University of Alberta, as well as the College of Arts and Social Sciences Award (2019) and the Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Education (2020) from the Australian National University.
